STEP 1: CONTACT US FOR A QUOTE
- Send us photos of your items (shoes, clothes, perfume, jewelry, etc.).
- Tell us how you want it displayed. Check out our gallery for some ideas. Or you can just leave it up to us to do something amazing!
- Are you dropping off the gifts? If you want us to collect from you, give us the address.
- When it's done, are you collecting? If you want us to deliver, tell us the recipient details.
- Confirm dates - we need at least 5 days' notice.

STEP 2: ONCE CONFIRMED, MAKE PAYMENT
- We'll send you a quote within 2 working days.
- Pay via EFT – email proof of payment to [email protected]
- Credit card, Masterpass and Zapper – we’ll send you a link to the secure PayFast website
STEP 3: YOU BRING THE GIFTS, WE BRING THE MAGIC
- Once we have the gifts, we'll get to work.
- We provide all accessories, but you may bring along any of your own decorative items too.

Most single items have little effect in isolation – we would not recommend this service if you’re gifting a single pair of socks! That would work fine in a normal gift bag. On the other hand, a watch displayed on the mirror base with some roses would look amazing!
We’re happy to include whatever gift items you decide to bring, but there are some items that are not allowed: food, alcohol, tobacco items and related paraphernalia, weapons and other dangerous objects, adult products, illegal substances/products and excessively large items (it’s going to be incredibly difficult to include a 65-inch Smart TV!)
Please note that we may remove some items from the box for better display effect, which may affect the returns policy for the item. Let us know if you want the packaging returned to you.
Style and accessories
You can give us a general description of what you’re looking for. View our gallery for some ideas.
Or just leave the design up to us – it’ll look amazing, we promise! In fact, every item you see in our gallery is our very own original design.
We’ll use accessories and decorative items to compliment the theme and match the colour scheme of your gifts. We provide all accessories, but you’re welcome to bring along any of your own items too (mirror base, ornament statue, or anything else that you think will suit the style of the display).
Tell us if you’d like your presentation enclosed in cellophane wrapping or prefer an open display.
Pricing and quote info
The price depends on the:
- base of the design (polystyrene, perspex box, wooden crate, lasercut wooden base, mirror)
- size of the gift items – the larger the items, the larger the base needed
- accessories/decorative items used to match the theme of your gifts
- particular style you want
Prices starts from R250 – this includes a polystyrene base with ribbon to match the colour scheme of the gifts, and some basic accessories like a silk flower and a few pearls (whatever compliments the design).
To help us provide you with an accurate quote, it’s important that you send us photos of your items. This will allow us to gauge the size of the base and the particular accessories needed to match the theme.
Also give a description of the style you'd like or leave the design up to us and simply indicate a budget.
Contact us for a quote at least 5 working days in advance and we'll respond within 2 days.
You’ll need to confirm, make payment and have the gifts at our store at least 2 days before you need it ready. Please note that your quote request is subject to our availability, so best to book us in advance!
Delivery/Collection
You can drop your gifts off at our store, or we can collect them from you. Once your presentation is ready, you may either collect or have us deliver it to your chosen recipient along with a personal message.
There is an additional charge if we need to collect the items from you or deliver. This service is only available in selected areas in Cape Town, Stellenbosch and Paarl. Click here for more info on our delivery zones and charges.
