Payment methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa and MasterCard)
  • Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT)
  • Instant EFT
  • Masterpass
  • Zapper

Aside from EFT, all other payment methods are processed via our secure payment gateway, PayFast.

We accept EFTs from South African bank accounts only. We do not accept cheques.

Email proof of payment

If you choose to pay via EFT, proof of payment needs to be emailed to [email protected] within the following time frames based on your selected delivery/collection date, or your order will automatically be cancelled:

  • same day – within 1 hour of placing an order;
  • next day – within 3 hours of placing an order;
  • after next day – 2 days before the specified delivery date.
 
Please email proof of payment directly from your banking app so we can validate your payment. We unfortunately DO NOT accept screenshots as valid proof of payment.

 

Orders over R1,000

For orders over R1000, if you choose to pay via EFT, your order will only be dispatched once the funds reflect in our account, regardless of whether we receive proof of payment. Depending on your delivery date and bank transfer cut-off times, this may cause delays in delivering your order. We will contact you to inform of any delays.

We recommended that you use alternative payment methods (e.g. credit card or instant EFT), for same day and next day deliveries where your order amount exceeds R1000. Alternatively, you may want to use the "Pay and Clear Now" functionality when making your EFT payment.

 

Security of payments

We trust that our clients will engage with us in good faith. However, should there be any security concerns around the authenticity of the proof of payment, your order will not be dispatched until the funds reflect in our account. We will contact you in advance to advise of any delays. In this event, should you wish to cancel your order, we'd be happy to offer you a full refund.
